C-Mee products are not eligible for general return or exchange. Issues involving a damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours and will be handled according to the applicable support and refund policies.

For a failed online transaction where the amount has been deducted, the applicable refund will be returned to the original payment source within 7 working days.
